Care Connection for Children (CCC) is a statewide network of six regional programs that coordinates the health care, community support services and resources for children with special health care needs.
Care Connection for Children is recognized by the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System with a certificate of excellence for collaborative practice.

Children's Hospital of Richmond
Central Virginia Care Connection for Children is a partnership with VCU and Children's Hospital of Richmond. CVACCC is sponsored by the Virginia Department of Health.

CVACCC is committed to helping children maximize their potential in a caring, innovative and culturally sensitive manner.
Referrals
Parents or guardians, community providers, social workers, and medical providers are encouraged to refer children to CVACCC services.
