About Us
Care Connection for Children (CCC) is a collaborative partnership with VCU and sponsored by the Virginia Department of Health. CCC is a statewide network of six regional programs that coordinates the health care, community support services and resources to children with special health care needs.
The Central Virginia Care Connection for Children (CVACCC) is committed to helping children maximize their potential in a caring, innovative and culturally sensitive manner.
