Central Virginia Care Connection for Children

Financial assistance

Care coordination services are free of charge to anyone regardless of income. 

Care Connection for Children offers limited financial assistance to children/youth (birth to 21) who are uninsured, underinsured and have a gross family income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Line (FPL). Proof of financial eligibility must be provided in order to qualify. This financial assistance helps by covering the cost of pre-authorized services such as:

- Durable medical equipment

- Medications

- Physician-Specialist office visits
